Return Conditions
You can return unopened products within 30 days from the purchase date. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@theperfumebrand.com and provide your order number along with details about the product you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return number along with instructions on how to return the product.
Please securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging to avoid damage during transport. Clearly write the provided return number on the outside of the package.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After approval, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
